The BMS site is located at Moreton in the Wirral, United Kingdom. The site currently provides a research and development facility for BMS’s pharmaceutical business needs.
Building 5 consisted of a mixed accommodation and storage space. In addition, a number of specialist stability lab areas are being relocated from other buildings on site to building B5.
These stability labs were constructed by a specialist manufacturer with PCI installing MEP services and fully-integrating them with the stability chambers, including the complex environmental monitoring system (REES System).
Building B5 also accommodated a medical facility, an employee’s fitness suite, and staff facilities including shower rooms, changing rooms and a quiet / multi-faith area. The building also be provided storage facilities for the lab staff and general FM stores.
